This category is for customers who do not want to or cannot meet all of the following criteria: (1) Replace a natural gas/propane/other unit with a HPWH with load-shifting capabiltiies; (2) Enroll in an eligible time-of-use rate; (3) Program HPWH to follow the time-of-use rate; and (4) Enroll in an eligible demand response (DR) program
Previous water heating fuel type must be natural gas, propane, or other (not replacing electric).
