REQUIREMENTS:

The heat pump must have a 15 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating or higher and an 8.5 HSPF (Heat Seasonal Performance Factor) or higher. Heat Pump HVAC systems must be NEW, installed, and used at your AMP residence. New construction is not eligible.

  1. Alameda Municipal Power

Current AMP account holder with non-electric space heating HVAC systems. Customers are eligible for up to 3 heat pump HVAC system rebates every ten years. The effective date of this program is July 1, 2022. Only purchases made on or after the start date are eligible. Eligibility is for customers of Alameda Municipal Power with an active account installing qualified products.
