Single Family - Each single family property (includes duplex and townhomes) must install heat pump space heating, heat pump water heating, electric or induction cooking, and an electric dryer.

Single Family Bonus Incentives include: $1000 Infrastructure Upgrade $400 Heat Pump Dryer Upgrade

Can be layered with TECH Clean California Incentives.
