Must receive a Home Energy Score from a US DOE Certified Assessor who has enrolled with the Bay Area HES Partnership.
A $200 rebate is available for the HES and a $50 bonus rebate is available if the Assessor completes an optional checklist on the home’s electrification potential.

The City of Berkeley is ineligible for rebates as they require an HES at the time of listing of a home for sale.
The City of Palo Alto is ineligible for all ratepayer-funded rebates as they are not PG&E customers for gas or electric service.
