High efficiency heat pump (HVAC): Up to $4,500

Property must be located in the incorporated city of Pinole.

 

 

  1. City of Pinole

Project must go through BayREN Home+ Program and use BayREN Participating Contractor. Equipment specs are the same as those required through BayREN Home+. 

Project cannot have any active City of Pinole code enforcement violations. Project must be compliant with the City of Pinole’s Sanitary Sewer Lateral Ordinance and Rental Inspection Program (rental units only). Prospective applicants who have a code enforcement violation or are not in compliance with the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Ordinance may submit an application so long as they can prove they are making a good faith effort to come into compliance.
