REQUIREMENTS:

  • Your primary heating system is an electric forced air furnace or central heat pump.
  • The smart thermostat is new and your rebate request is submitted within 90 days of installation.
  • The smart thermostat you select is listed on the approved products list from the Bonneville Power Administration and includes these features:
    • Occupancy detection
    • 7-day programmable or learning-based scheduling
    • Wi-Fi enabled with remote access
    • Heat pump auxiliary heat control capabilities
  • The installation adheres to the manufacturer’s instructions.
