The City of St. Helena is offering incentives that encourage property owners to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. These are the types of projects that are eligible for the reduced permit fees:

- HVAC replacement
- Window / door replacement
- Gray water system
- EV charging station - residential
- Solar PV and battery storage systems
