• Base $2,000 rebate – all Seattle residents eligible
• Add-on $4,000 rebate – must be under 150% area median income.

Note: Income– eligible Seattle households can convert an oil furnace to an electric heating system at no cost through a separate program.

Step 2: Install a qualified heat pump. Your contractor will apply all applicable rebates directly on your invoice.
