Multifamily - Each multifamily low-rise building (three stores or fewer) must remove gas appliances and install heat pump space heating, heat pump water heating, electric or induction cooking, and an electric dryer

Note: Properties can enroll one building at a time for incentives

Multifamily Low-Rise Bonus Incentives include: $600 Infrastructure Upgrade $400 Heat Pump Dryer Upgrade
