REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, households must meet income requirements (up to 80% of Area Median Income), live in eligible Southern California communities, and reside in homes built before 2020. Eligible properties include single-family, multifamily, and manufactured homes with existing fossil-fuel heating or water heating systems.

Eligible participants receive comprehensive, no-cost upgrades tailored to their home’s needs, including heating, cooling, water heating, and cooking systems. The program covers all eligible costs, and additional incentives may be layered from partner programs.
