Eligibility:
- Property must receive electric and/or natural gas from PG&E, SDG&E, SCE, SoCalGas, or City of Palo Alto Utilities.
- Property is a single-family home, townhome, condo, duplex, triplex, fourplex or manufactured home.
- Both property owners and tenants (with written permission from the owner) may qualify.
