Receive bundled incentives for building all-electric, must include electric only space heating and cooling (HVAC), water heating, cooking and clothes drying. All-electric is defined as electric-only systems – no natural gas. HOME LA is currently limited to property owners rebuilding homes substantially damaged or destroyed by the January 2025 Palisades, Hurst, Kenneth, Archer and Sunset Wildfires. Program participation will be expanded as resources become available.
