Eligible existing properties include attached residences with 5 or more units that fall into the following categories:

Condos, townhomes, or apartment buildings – side-by-side units and stacked structures; Assisted living – communal housing including independent and assisted living facilities; Common areas – areas typically managed by HOAs, such as clubhouses, recreational spaces, and coworking spaces
