REQUIREMENTS:

Property must be located in the incorporated city of Pinole.

Multifamily properties comprised of more than one building are eligible for a rebate of up to $3,000 for an electrical panel upgrade in the first building. Electrical panel upgrades for each additional building that are part of the same multifamily property are eligible for a rebate of up to $1,500.

Project must go through either the BayREN Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancement Program (non-deed restricted multifamily properties) or MCE Multifamily Energy Savings Program (deed restricted multifamily properties).
