You must be a PSEG Long Island residential customer.- Beginning in 2021, limit of one electric heat pump water heater per residential customer account every 5 years.
- Purchase date and installation date must be on or after January 1st, 2025, and postmarked no later than December 31, 2025.
- The rebate amount cannot be more than 50 percent of the retail purchase price paid.
- Rebate is only valid for ENERGY STAR Certified Electric Heat Pump Water Heaters.
- Electric Heat Pump Water Heater must be on the qualified ENERGY STAR list at time of purchase.
- All measures must carry the appropriate designated Underwriters Laboratory (UL) or Electrical Testing Laboratory (ETL) label.
- All installations must be installed in accordance with all applicable local, state and national codes and ordinances. - Photos required; Photo Requirements - For all purchases made online, please provide a paid receipt as well as proof of delivery/pickup with application submission. - All rebate submissions are subject to post inspection.
