SEER > 18 or SEER2 > 16.9, less than 65kBtu/hr cooling capacity (Ductless)
SEER > 17 or SEER2 > 16, less than 65kBtu/hr cooling capacity (Ducted)

Full incentive based on tonnage an SEER/SEER2.
