Save $500 - Rebate on Home Battery

REQUIREMENTS:

For the Base Incentive, any building owner of a single- or multifamily building in San José is eligible. Note: building addresses must be within the San José territory.

For the increased Equity Community Incentive, verify if your building is located in a Disadvantaged Community, linked here. Alternatively, tenants/building owners can provide proof of enrollment in a Qualifying Public Assistance Program (see full list under FAQs).

Note: Home Battery cannot be applied for individually. You must complete at least one Primary Measure, which would include: Heat Pump HVAC, Heat pump Water Heater, Electric or Induction Cooktop, and/or Electric or Heat Pump Dryer, to qualify for the $500 Home Battery incentive.
