REQUIREMENTS:

Must be replacing an existing non-smart thermostat. Must be ENERGY STAR® certified. Home must have either air conditioning and gas furnace or heat pump.

For customers to participate and benefit from the Program, they must be a residential customer of the four funding IOUs: SDG&E, PG&E, SCE or SoCal Gas. Customers may reside in a single-family, multifamily, manufactured home or mobile home.
