Silicon Valley Clean Energy’s Zero Interest Financing Program offers no-interest loans for up to 100% of the cost of new equipment, such as energy-efficient heat pump systems and water heaters. Predicted energy bill savings* are provided upfront after a free in-home energy assessment.

To be eligible for Zero Interest Financing, you must meet ALL criteria below:

  • Be a Silicon Valley Clean Energy residential customer (as indicated on your PG&E bill).
  • Be the legal owner and occupant of the residence.
  • The residence must be a single-family home (up to a fourplex) with existing gas-fired equipment.
  • Have a zero-dollar ($0.00) past-due balance on your three most recent PG&E billing statements.
  • Have high utility bill savings potential.*
