REQUIREMENTS:

Rebate amounts: $2,000 for variable speed central heat pump, $1,000 for non-variable speed or ductless heat pump.

Ductless Heat Pump must be located in main living area. Existing heat must be electric to qualify for loan. For income-qualified loan, existing insulation must be: Attic: R12 or greater; Floor: R12 or greater; Wall R1 or greater.
