REQUIREMENTS:

$450 duct sealing rebate for residential properties up to four units per building and a $250 rebate for manufactured homes.
Rebate Requirements:

  • All accessible ducts in unheated areas (such as attics, crawlspaces and garages) must be sealed to Prescriptive Duct Sealing Specifications.
  • Your current primary heat source must be either an electric forced air furnace or a heat pump.
