REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be a TECH-enrolled contractor
  2. Project must include at least one non-heat pump to heat pump installation
  3. No new construction, retrofits only.
  4. Project needs support in determining electrical capacity, upgrading infrastructure, and/or electrifying over time.
  5. Contractor must attend Electrical Monitoring Training (will be compensated for their time).
  6. Includes standard MF incentives as applicable


Incentive Amounts:

  • Up to $8,000 per apartment unit served for electrical upgrades
  • Up to $5,000 per project for electrical monitoring and analysis
  • $500 per circuit for future appliance
  • $1000 per apartment unit served for modifications to support easier installation of future appliance
