INCOME QUALIFYING?
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a TECH-enrolled contractor
- Project must include at least one non-heat pump to heat pump installation
- No new construction, retrofits only.
- Property owner must be independent and have a portfolio of at least 2 and no more than 15 multifamily properties.
- Property owner expected to attend quarterly roundtable with other participating owners for the duration of the program.
- Property must not be deed-restricted and must meet affordability criteria.
- Includes standard MF incentives as applicable
