Requirements
This category is for customers who meet all of the following criteria: (1) Replace a natural gas/propane/other unit with a HPWH with load-shifting capabiltiies; (2) Enroll in an eligible time-of-use rate; (3) Program HPWH to follow the time-of-use rate; and (4) Enroll in an eligible demand response (DR) program
To qualify for equity rates, customers must have a household income that meets at least one of the following designations: (1) At or below 80% of the area median income (AMI); (2) at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. If both equity requirements are met, the highest possible incentive will be provided

Requirements
Must be a 45–80 gallon Heat Pump Water Heater. Minimum UEF 3.30. Must be replacing a GAS storage water heater (fuel substitution).
Rebate amount subject to type and size of water heater being replaced and must be on the Qualified Products List at the time of purchase. Other restrictions apply.
Rebate is issued as a retail coupon to use at checkout in-store or online through a participating retailer.
Customers may reside in a single-family, multifamily, manufactured home or mobile home. Must be an electric customer of SDG&E, SCE, or PG&E.

Requirements
In coordination with Franklin Energy, NEIF offers 0% interest, 2-year financing to eligible Franklin Energy borrowers for qualifying home improvements.
Eligibility:
- The FlexMarket Zero Interest Loan program provides affordable 0% financing to California residents making eligible energy efficient home improvements. Projects must be vetted by Franklin Energy.
- Customers will need to submit gas and electric SAID numbers to apply.
- 1 to 4-unit primary or secondary (vacation) home – deeded properties and co-operative housing communities
- Owner-occupied, no investment properties*
- *Properties owned by a Trust are not eligible
- Must be affixed to a permanent foundation
