Community Solar Green Tariff (CSGT) Program
Requirements
This program enables residential customers in n disadvantaged communities (DACs) who may be unable to install solar on their roof to benefit from a local solar project and receive a 20% bill discount. The communities work with a local non-profit or government “sponsor” to organize community interest and present siting locations to the utility or CCA; the sponsor can also receive an incentive for its efforts.

Disadvantaged Communities - Green-Tariff (DAC-GT) Program
Requirements
The program enables income-qualified, residential customers in disadvantaged communities (DACs) who may be unable to install solar on their roof to still benefit from 100% clean energy while also receiving a 20% bill discount. The program is available to customers who meet the income eligibility requirements for the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) and Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) programs.

Disadvantaged Communities - Single-family Solar Homes (DAC-SASH) Program
Requirements
This program enables income-qualified homeowners in disadvantaged communities (DACs) to receive no-cost rooftop solar installations. DAC-SASH is run by GRID Alternatives and is currently accepting applications. Visit GRID Alternatives’ website to see if you qualify and to apply.

Energy Savings Assistance - No Cost Weatherization Services
Requirements
The Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA) provides no cost weatherization services to energy users who meet CARE income limits. People interested in using these program services apply to the program through their utility. Services include, attic insulation, energy-efficient refrigerators, energy-efficient furnaces, and more. Save up to $900 per unit – Rebate on Heat Pump Water Heater
Requirements
Must be a 45–80-gallon Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH). Minimum UEF 3.30. Must be replacing a GAS storage water heater (fuel substitution). Rebate amount subject to type and size of water heater being replaced.
- $700 rebate: ≥45 to ≤-55 gallon HPWH with minimum UEF of 3.30. Must be replacing a 30 or 40 gallon GAS storage water heater.
- $900 rebate: >55 to ≤ 75 gallon HPWH, with minimum UEF of 3.30. Must be replacing a 40 or 50 gallon GAS storage water heater.
Heat pump water heater must be on the Qualified Products list at the time of purchase. Other restrictions apply.
Rebate is issued as a retail coupon to use at checkout in-store or online through a participating retailer.
Customers may reside in a single-family, multifamily, manufactured or mobile home. Must be an electric customer of SDG&E, SCE, or PG&E.

Requirements
Must be 45-55 gallons. Minimum UEF is 3.30. Must be replacing a 40 or 50 gallon ELECTRIC storage water heater.
Heat pump water heater must be on the Qualified Products List at the time of purchase.
Rebate is issued as a retail coupon to use at checkout in-store or online.
