Requirements
This category is for customers who meet all of the following criteria: (1) are a 3CE electric customer; (2) Replace a natural gas/propane/other unit with a HPWH with load-shifting capabilities; (3) Enroll in an eligible time-of-use rate; (4) Program HPWH to follow the time-of-use rate; (5) Enroll in an eligible demand response (DR) program and (6) Enroll in a water heater rewards program.
To qualify for equity rates, customers must be enrolled in CARE or FERA.
