Requirements
This rebate is available to home owners in Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island and Redmond who are switching from gas, oil, wood or propane heat to an electric heat pump.
Total household income must be at or below 150% of Area Median Income.
This rebate may only be applied to products from the Qualified Product List.

Requirements
You must be a PSE gas and PSE electricity (dual fuel) customer who currently heats with natural gas.
Customers with pre-existing heat pumps are not eligible. Existing gas furnaces must be removed and fully replaced by the new heat pump system to qualify. Dual fuel systems or systems with natural gas backup heat do not qualify for this incentive.
Customers must install an AHRI Certified® heat pump system that qualifies for the IRA Tax Credit, meeting CEE specifications.

Requirements
Incentives for Rental Properties Serving Income-Qualified Tenants 30% of the total project costs will be covered by a grant that doesn't need to be repaid.
The remaining 70% of the project costs will be covered by a 0% interest, 7-year loan, which doesn't require a credit check.
The total household income for all tenants in a unit must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (see table below).Property should have electric heat as the main heating source. The TPU account must be in the tenant's name.
